New York-born Taiwanese harpsichordist Hsiu-Tzu Ryan maintains an active international career, performing regularly across Europe and Asia. She is the solo harpsichordist of La Petite Bande for the recording and international tour of J.S. Bach's harpsichord concertos.

New York-born Taiwanese harpsichordist Hsiu-Tzu Ryan maintains an active international career, performing regularly across Europe and Asia. A graduate of the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris (Master’s in Harpsichord and Basso Continuo), the Conservatoire à Rayonnement Régional de Paris (DEM), and Queens College, City University of New York, she trained under the guidance of Masayuki Maki, Elisabeth Joyé, Olivier Baumont and Blandine Rannou. Throughout her career, she has collaborated with numerous leading figures in early music, including François Fernandez, Julien Chauvin, Christine Plubeau, and Marc Mauillon. Invited on several occasions by Sigiswald Kuijken, she frequently performs alongside him in various duo programs. More recently, she was chosen as the solo harpsichordist of La Petite Bande for the recording and international tour of J.S. Bach’s harpsichord concertos, a collaboration that marks a significant milestone in her artistic journey.
